Postgradute Studies

In the future, I would like to develop a post-doctoral project, which is a different way to continue studying, because you don’t need to do a thesis, only you have to complete your own objectives proposed in your own project. The main reason to do that, is continue doing things I like, without the pressure of evaluation following your own interests, an important path to achieve be an independent scientist.

In this case, I will be my own teacher because in a post-doctoral project is assumed that you have the necessary knowledge to exert your project by yourself. I would have the responsibility to study the subjects needed to understand the context and the mechanism that explains your hypothesis. 

It would be very interesting to do this project abroad. Generally, except in Latin America, in other countries science is very advanced. They have big laboratories full of the latest updated devices to do everything. In Europe, the labs have institutional funding and you always have all you need to do your experiments and replicate your data, is like the heaven of the scientists. For this reason, I would like to do my post-doctoral project in any European country.

This course type demands a lot of time, for this reason is considered as a job and the host institution must ensure a salary to you meanwhile the project. You should have a full-time availability.

A post-doctoral project is very important for any scientist, because when you finish your project the scientific community watch you as an independent scientist with your own study line, capable to form new students and scientist for the world’s needs.
